From time to time, we may share with you Promo Codes and “special offers” that are valid to use when making a direct booking with us.
General terms of use:
- Promo codes are only valid for short stay bookings (up to 89 nights)
- The promo code is valid only for bookings made direct on our website.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to previous bookings with us.
- Promo codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.
- Promo codes and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice at any time at Mason & Fifth’s discretion.

As a thank you for signing up to our mailing list, we’ve shared a 10% off discount code which can be used for your first short stay booking with us.
- This promo code can be used across both of our buildings (Bermondsey and Primrose Hill)
- Only valid for bookings between 31.10.23 – 30.11.23 with stays taking place between 31.10.23 – 30.04.24.
Resident promo code
If you’re a resident in one of our buildings, as a perk you’ll receive a discount code which can be used for short stay bookings on our website.
- These promo codes are personal to our residents. If there’s misuse of this promo code we reserve the right to cancel the promo code at any point.

As a thank you for sharing your feedback on your stay, we’ve shared a 15% off discount code which can be used for your next stay with us when booking direct.
