What makes a Mason & Fifth?

Beautiful, concious design

We strive to minimise our impact, reuse and repurpose where possible, promote quality of life for our residents, support our people and the local communities around us. From the choice of materials we use, to the way our buildings operate, and from local maker partnerships to our artist residencies, we interrogate all aspects of our business to continuously do better and set our bar high.

Everything you need included

Whether you choose to stay as a long-term resident, or as a guest for a weekend, we make sure you have everything you need covered. Our studios are fully furnished, ready to move in, including all your utilities, housekeeping and laundry room use. There are no hidden extras or nasty surprises on your bill.

No long-term commitments

We want to create a world where people can move freely without getting tied into fixed contracts for longer than they need. Stay with us for less than 3 months and there’s no contract required. Stay for longer and just give us two month’s notice whenever you’re ready for your next adventure.

We are a small team who are dedicated to making sure our residents and guests have a best-in-class experience. We pour over every detail of the interior design, the amenities and the events - always with open ears for feedback and a desire to keep going the extra mile.
