How long can I stay?

Flexible stays are at the heart of what we offer – stay for as little as one night, or settle in for longer in either of our buildings. If you’re looking to stay for less than one month, you can check the availability and book directly. For longer stays, please send us an enquiry and we’ll get back to you with our best available options.

Are studios suitable for couples?

We welcome couples to come and stay with us. All of our studios are suitable for two but, we’d recommend one of our plus-sized rooms for extra comfort.

Is the House Manager at the building 24 hours?

In Bermondsey, our House Manager is on site  from 10am until 5pm Monday to Friday and in Primrose Hill, our House team is on site from 7am to 11pm, every day. If a resident or guest needs assistance outside of these hours we have a dedicated phone line you can call.

Are there laundry facilities?

We have a laundry facilities in all of our buildings which you’re welcome to use throughout the duration of your stay. There’s also dryers, irons and ironing boards.

Can I smoke at a Mason & Fifth building?

All of our buildings are smoke-free homes.

What's your refund policy?

We operate with a full refund policy if a request has been made 14 days ahead of your check-in date. Any bookings over 30 days long will require a month’s notice to receive a full refund.

Staying for a while

Can I choose what studio I stay in?

We want to make sure each of our residents are happy with their private space, we’ll share with you the available studios for you to choose from.

Do you require a deposit?

If you’re planning on staying for a few days or weeks, you don’t need to put down a deposit. If you’re looking to become a resident we do require a deposit which will be outlined in your agreement with us.

How can I meet other residents?

Throughout each month, we hold varied events which are an opportunity for you to meet other residents and guests.

What kind of events do you hold?

We offer a weekly wellness event (alternating between yoga and our run club, Your Pace or Mine). Additionally, we host Wine Down Fridays each week at 5pm and a larger monthly event, anything from supper clubs to wild swims, each designed to bring residents and neighbours together.

Can I bring my pet?

If you’re looking to become a resident at Bermondsey, we welcome furry friends but they just need to be vetted by our House Manager. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets at Primrose Hill other than guide dogs.

Staying for a few nights

What time is check-in and checkout?

On the day of check-in you can access your private studio from 3pm and check out is at 11am.

If you need to check in or out outside of these times you can send us a message and our House Team will try and help.

Is there somewhere I can store my bags?

In each studio there’s a wardrobe and under bed storage for you to use for the duration of your stay. If you need us to hold your luggage ahead of check in or after checking out, you just need to speak to our House Team who can store your bags safely for you.

Can I amend or cancel my booking?

We operate with a full refund policy if a request has been made 14 days ahead of your check-in date. Any bookings over 30 days long will require a month’s notice to receive a full refund.

How can I access my studio?

At our Bermondsey building, we operate with digital access keys. Ahead of your stay you’ll receive instructions as to how you can download your digital key onto your phone.

If you’re staying with us in Primrose Hill, when you arrive you’ll be greeted by a member of our House Team who will check you in and issue your studio keycard. If you’re going to be arriving after 11pm, you’ll need to email us and we can issue a digital key for you.

Can I use the shared living spaces?

At our Bermondsey building, unfortunately as a guest, you aren’t able to access our communal living area, it’s for our residents only. We have made sure that you have everything you need in your private studio.

In Primrose Hill, all of our guests have access to the shared living areas and we invite you to work, relax and enjoy throughout the duration of their stay.


Do I need to bring towels?

We’ve made sure you have everything you need for the duration of your stay, that includes towels, hairdryer and bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash).

Can I cook in my studio?

Each of our studios include a kitchen with a fridge, small freezer space, hob and oven.

We’ve supplied enough crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for two people.

Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey

What's the nearest tube station?

Bermondsey tube station is the closest to Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey but London Bridge station is a 15 minute walk away which connects you wherever you want to go.

Do you have parking?

We do have a small amount of parking spaces for our residents to use, you can ask our House Manager about this. There may be a cost for this service.

Is there a lift in the building?

Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey has a lift for guest and residents to use.

Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill

What's the nearest tube station?

Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill is just a 10-minute walk from Camden Road tube station or you can walk to Chalk Farm station which is 12 minutes away.

Do you have parking?

There isn’t any parking facilities available at Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill but we’re close to great transport links.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate furry friends at Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill.

Is there a lift in the building?

There is a lift at Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill which goes to each half floor.

Our aim is to create and operate a series of beautifully designed buildings that offer freedom to travel to incredible locations, for however long you want to. Whether that’s a hotel, hostel, serviced apartment or co-living block, we can refurbish, develop and operate existing buildings or new developments.
