Designing beautiful guesthouses, hotels and residences for people to stay, work, dine and train, all underpinned by flexibility, hospitality, wellbeing and community. Championing beautiful design that’s rooted in sustainability, with everything you need taken care of. All our sites offer private ensuite studios, large communal areas and outdoor spaces, whether guests are staying for one night, or settling in for longer.

Our first building, Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey, opened in 2020 and was followed by the launch of our second site in Primrose Hill in April 2024. In June 2025 we opened our biggest site in Westbourne Park, which includes a wellness suite – The Grounding – with a gym, pool, sauna and steam room, class studio and treatment room, as well as a canal side restaurant – Canal – from the team behind Bistro Freddie and Crispin, and a dedicated creative workspace – Meadow – for local artists, makers and guests to book. Additionally, all guests have access to our Cinema Room, Listening Lounge, 10th floor panoramic lounge and large ground floor lobby and bar. We’re now opening our newest site, Belsize Park, in March 2026.

We programme regular cultural events, designed to bring people together, from neighbourhood run clubs, to supper clubs, wild swimming trips and more. At each of our buildings, guests can expect to be surrounded by like-minded people who believe in living life a little differently.

  • Maintain detailed, forward-looking cash flow forecasts reflecting the scale and complexity of the operation.
  • Monitor performance against budget, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost pressures early.

  • Pull together data from multiple systems and teams to create one clear financial picture each month.
  • Translate financial data into practical insights that support pricing, occupancy, margin management, and operational decision-making.
  • Review costs, supplier spend, and margins, identifying efficiencies while protecting guest experience and brand standards.
  • Support performance analysis across all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B, retail, wellness, and coworking.

Systems, Controls & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and controls for a large, multi-stream site.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality as the site continues to grow.
  • Help embed strong financial discipline while maintaining a collaborative, service-led mindset.
