About the event

Friday Night Lights 5K Run with Jonathan Stefanni-Machado is an after-work, gentle-paced, conversational jog along the glowing outskirts of the Grand Union Canal Path. We gather first in the courtyard, by those big steps that moonlight as both our starting line and our podium.
From there, it’s a quickfire 5K loop threaded with movement, laughter and a pinch of friendly rivalry — the sort that makes you feel briefly unstoppable in the dark at the end of a long week.
