Join us for a hands-on introduction to Concertina Binding, where you’ll learn the art of hand-bound bookmaking using traditional techniques.

In this workshop, experts from the London Centre for Book Arts will guide you through: Folding & Manipulating Paper – Master precision folding techniques using specialist bookbinding tools.

The Concertina Structure – A versatile binding method, perfect for sketchbooks, presenting work, gifts, or artist books.
Creating Cloth-Covered Covers – Design and assemble your book’s front and back covers for a polished finish.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this session will give you the tools and knowledge to craft your own beautifully bound books.
