About the event

Join Peter Prescott, founder of Cultjar, for an evening exploring the craft and culture of fermentation. Through conversation and tasting, Peter will share the story behind Cultjar, offering insight into the processes, flavours, and traditions that shape his small-batch creations.

Guests will have the chance to sample a selection of Cultjar ferments while learning about the ingredients, techniques, and health benefits that make fermentation both an art and a science.
