Dennis Bovell MBE is a British reggae legend, one of the originators of lovers rock, and the producer of seminal hits, including Janet Kay’s Silly Games and After Tonight with his band Matumbi. He is also a singer, multi-instrumentalist, sound engineer and producer who’s worked with everyone from I-Roy to The Thompson Twins, Alpha Blondy to Bananarama. Picking his brain will be the inimitable Rita Ray – vocalist, DJ, broadcaster, presenter, curator, compiler and musical compendium.
