Join women’s health movement specialist and Pilates teacher Grace Lillywhite for a conversation exploring how the way we exercise can evolve through midlife and menopause.
From strength training and cardio to pelvic floor health and sustainable movement habits, Grace will share what current research tells us about supporting the body through this stage of life — and why building muscle and training intelligently becomes increasingly important in our 40s and beyond.
