Designed for people who spend long periods sitting or working at a desk, the workshop offers easy techniques that can be incorporated into everyday routines. Suitable for both co-working members and residents.
About our host
Kerrie-Anne is a movement teacher and former economist who combines movement with behavioural economics in her workshops. She’s the founder of the Move At Your Desk Method™ and the published author of Move More At Your Desk. Her clients include Google, Jimmy Choo and Santander.
