A late-evening breathwork gathering designed for those who believe that winding down can be a craft in itself. Led by breathwork guide Silvia Panetta, the session turns the last hours of the day into a softer descent — beginning with a gentle conversation on sleep, rest, and recovery before moving into an immersive breathwork practice shaped to quiet the system and clear the mind. Guests leave with a small take-home goodie bag, and are welcome to slip into the pool or sauna afterwards for an unhurried, wordless unwind.
