A chance to sit and work with the hand.Exploring Japanese repair techniques — 襤褸 and 刺し子 — alongside traditional saddle stitch.

Working with denim, wax canvas, and leather.Repairing, reinforcing, extending the life of materials.

No outcome required.Just the rhythm of the stitch, the process, and the conversation.

Rowan Ceridwen Sharp — working with leather since 2008, building a material-led practice across accessories, garments, and interior pieces, creating work for designers, brands, and top-tier magazines.Hannah Smith — a milliner with over 20 years in the craft, working across catwalks alongside some of the world’s leading hat designers, with pieces worn by internationally recognised figures.
