This opening session is designed to be relaxed and welcoming — a tea-and-talk style gathering where conversation flows easily. There’s no pressure to have finished the book; whether you’ve read a few pages or the whole thing, you’re very welcome. The theme for this discussion centres on “ditch the labels, find your voice, and reclaim your confidence,” using the book as a starting point for shared thoughts and perspectives.
