About the event

Really Real Food is a monthly cooking radio show on doyou.world that brings together host Kyri’s two passions: food and music. The show’s aim is to encourage home cooking and resist “big food”!
Kyri’s joined by Darryl and Ella, authors of From Plant To Plate, as they share dishes made from food grown by the trio in their allotments and community garden. With local, seasonal, fresh ingredients, guests are invited to follow the cooking process and find inspiration. Broadcasting live from the kitchen, the cooks will share tips on flavour, food safety and more, paired with perfect musical selections
