About this event

Join SKC Space (Stitch, Knit, Crochet) for an evening of creativity, connection, and craft. Creative Threads offers a welcoming space for people of all ages and backgrounds to gather, share skills, and create together through sewing, needlework, crochet, and knitting.
The sessions focus on upcycling and sustainable making — turning old materials into something new while supporting both the environment and personal wellbeing. Along the way, participants build confidence, learn new techniques, and pass their knowledge forward in an atmosphere of warmth and mutual support.
More than a workshop, Creative Threads is a community — intergenerational, inclusive, and nurturing. Any surplus generated from these sessions will be reinvested to sustain and grow future gatherings.
