About the event

Float on water for a one-hour sensory journey of Sound and stillness. Composer and sound therapist Angela blends electronic textures with the resonant power of gongs and bowls, guiding you toward a connection with the prelingual, primal self — a space where emotion is felt beyond words.
Drawing on music theory, psychological frameworks, and Eastern holistic practices, each session is designed to feel like a massage for your nervous system. Expect a unique combination of bowl-to-body resonance, spatial audio design and scent, creating an intentional sensoryscape that envelops and restores.
