Central Tai Chi have been teaching Yang style Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation across the capital and beyond for more than 15 years – indoor, outdoor, online. Learn Tai Chi techniques to energise the body and develop flow by releasing tension, reviving soft tissue and establishing body consciousness. Suitable for complete beginners.
About the host
Maz is the chief instructor at Central Tai Chi and has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation throughout London since 2010, specialising in the Old Yang Style of Taijiquan (the precursor to modern simplified Tai Chi).
He has trained with various masters in the UK, Australia and China, and has deepened his practice through Buddhist and Taoist meditation.
Maz has been running regular workshops at The British Museum since 2019, is the creator of the Tai Chi Hub online learning platform and his greatest passion is sharing his love of these practices with others.
