About the event

An evening of good spirits, better technique, and a little bar-room magic.
Join our Head Barman Michael for an intimate cocktail masterclass in the 10th Floor Lounge, where precision meets pleasure and every drink tells a story. This is a hands-on session — shaking, stirring, tasting, and learning the small details that turn a decent cocktail into a great one.
Michael will guide you through core methods, flavour balance, and the thinking behind a well-built drink, with space for questions, experimentation, and a few generous pours along the way. Small group, unhurried pace, strong outcomes.
