About the event

Every meaningful career shift, a new role, a reinvention, a creative chapter, begins with your relationship to yourself. In this 90-minute immersive lab, we explore how alignment, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness shape the way you work, especially in an AI-driven world where change is constant.
Guided by Jordan Mae Antoinette and hosted by WORK-SELF × Mason & Fifth, this experience blends mindfulness meditation, archetype discovery, and reflective dialogue. You’ll be introduced to the WORK-SELF philosophy: the idea that when you integrate your work self and your inner Self, your career accelerates. Better decisions, better rhythms, better paths because you’re no longer operating from misalignment.
You’ll learn your Work Archetype and Ritual (self) Archetype using the WORK-SELF app (QR code onboarding included), experience a guided ritual using the WORK-SELF Ritual Kits, and understand why connection (with yourself, with your work, with your direction) is the key differentiator in the future of work.
This session addresses the challenge of modern work: disconnection. Disconnected from purpose, from body, from rhythm, from clarity. WORK-SELF was built to solve this through deep research, behavioural insight, and integrated tools that bring body and mind into your work life in a way that is practical, human, and repeatable.
