How long can I stay?

All our buildings are set up for you to stay as flexibly as you need. Stay for a night, or settle in for longer. The choice is yours.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 3pm, and check-out is 11am. If you’d like to arrange to arrive earlier, or leave later, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I access my studio?

Before your check-in date you will receive instructions for how to access your studio. All our buildings have secure access control, so you can come and go as you please.

Are studios suitable for couples or families?

All our studios are suitable for one or two people, although couples may prefer to choose one of our larger studio categories, so you have a little more wiggle room. We do not have any family suites or connecting studios, but we do have travel cots on request.

Is there a laundry room and do you provide irons?

Yes, all our buildings have their own laundry room which guests are free to use. They include washers, dryers, laundry detergent and ironing equipment.

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes, we provide hairdryers for all guests staying for less than three months (guests staying longer tend to bring their own!).

Can you store my luggage?

If you’re arriving before your studio is ready or you need us to store your bags for a few hours after you’ve checked out, we can happily look after them for you in our luggage store.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, for bookings of 30 days or less you can change or cancel your booking up to 14 days before your check-in date, for a full refund. For bookings of 30 – 90 days, you can change or cancel your booking up to 30 days before your check-in date.

Are you pet friendly?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept pets apart from assistance dogs. Although on occasion, our House Manager in Bermondsey can’t resist saying yes.

Can I get my post delivered to the building?

Absolutely, we have a post room in every building to safely look after your mail.

Is there a concierge?

We have a House Team in every building, there to help you with whatever you need.
