Stays of under 30 days are classed as short stays, 31 to 90 days as mid-stays, and anything over 90 days as long stays. Short and mid-stays can be booked instantly via our website, while longer stays are available on enquiry.

What is flexible short stay accommodation in London?

Whether you’re staying for a night or settling in for longer at Mason & Fifth, you can enjoy a stay that feels like home with everything you need, designed with flexibility at the heart.

Who is flexible living in London suitable for?

All our private studios are suitable for one or two guests, though couples may prefer one of our larger studio categories for a little extra space. If you’re travelling with a young child, travel cots are available on request, subject to availability. While we don’t offer family suites or connecting studios, our Best in House categories are the most spacious option, and in Belsize Park this also includes an additional sofa bed.

Is short stay accommodation better than hotel stays?

At Mason & Fifth, you’ll find everything you’d expect from a hotel stay, but we’re more than just a place to stay. All our studios include a comfortable double bed with luxury linen, an en-suite bathroom, and many of our private studios include a fully equipped kitchenette unless stated as one of our ‘Out & About’ categories. Alongside your studio, you can also enjoy our shared spaces to relax and unwind. In each of our buildings, you’ll find an open kitchen at the heart of it all, where you can enjoy a help-yourself breakfast, every morning, cook when you like, and connect with fellow guests

What is included in your guest accommodation?

All studios are beautifully furnished with everything you might need. A luxury bed, with under bed storage, an en-suite bathroom and table to work or dine. Our kitchens include top-of-the-range kitchen appliances, with cookware and tableware all provided. There’s regular housekeeping where we refresh your linen, towels and top up your organic bathroom products. Plus, there’s a Smart TV and superfast Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Can I stay for just a few nights?

All our buildings are set up for you to stay as flexibly as you need. Stay for a night or settle in for longer. The choice is yours.

Is this suitable for work or business stays?

Yes, our studios are ideal for work stays. Each private studio includes a dining table and chair for working comfortably, while our shared spaces are designed for collaboration, with plenty of quiet nooks and super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Can I use the wellness studio if I’m not staying at Westbourne Park?

Of course. While our wellness studio is based at Westbourne Park, it’s available to guests staying at all Mason & Fifth locations. Whether you’re looking to fit in a workout, unwind with a treatment or take part in a class, you’re welcome to make full use of the facilities during your stay.
