Our holistic wellness schedule, made to raise heart rates and lower blood pressure – including a range of disciplines such as Reformer Pilates, Boxfit and our signature ‘Groundwork’ session.

Treatment room
Nurturing your physical wellbeing

Our treatment room, hidden within The Grounding, offering restorative, calming treatments including osteopathy, physiotherapy and massage. Bookings open in May.

Our class schedule harmonises with the changing seasons, adjusting our mind and body with the turning of the earth.

Jon

Community Lead & PT

Meet Jon, our Community Leader and Head PT, bringing nearly a decade of experience in fitness and management. With a background in dance and competitive football, he now spends his days guiding our guests to be the best versions of themselves with 1-2-1 and group training sessions. You're in good hands with Jon.

Lisa

Yoga Practitioner

Focusing on our need to slow down, take a breath, and unwind, Lisa has been practicing yoga and mindfulness for over 20 years and invites our guests to recharge, realign, and restore in one of her sessions, whether that's yoga, breathwork, or meditation.

Jen

Community Host

You'll always be greeted with a warm welcome by Jen, our Community Host. Her aim is to facilitate connection, creating a safe and inclusive space for all of our guests, championing them on their personal wellness journey with us.
