Introducing our first ever creative workspace, Meadow. A space designed with artists and makers in mind, a space for ideas to grow.

Made up of hot-desk style Workbenches bookable for a day, week or month, and Workshops for those looking for a private, lockable space to create in. Located inside our new Westbourne Park building, opening this June.

If you're looking to put down some roots, our Workshops are perfect for those wanting a private space to create in, whether that's part of a team, or working solo. We have eight to choose from, size and prices vary.

Served up for you at Meadow

Once a week, our on-site restaurant, Canal, is serving up lunch for all our members. Take a break from your screen and join fellow members for a family-style meal to fuel your next great idea.

There’s more to life than work, so our events are designed to not be about work - come together for supper clubs, exclusive cinema screenings, art classes and even, take to the neighbourhood with our run club.

Gallery and exhibition space
with changing pop-ups

A transformative space, made up of Workbenches for you to work from by day, and by night, a gallery and event space with programmed exhibitions as well as being a platform for members to showcase their wares.

Break-out spaces
and kitchen point

You don’t have to be tied to a desk at Meadow, break-up the day and sit back, relax from our slouchy sofas or hang out in our kitchen areas. Help yourself to coffee on tap, a variety of teas, fresh fruit and snacks for the mid-afternoon slump.

Bookable meeting room
and phone booths

Within Meadow there’s a 9-person meeting room with streams of natural light, a large central table, comfy chairs and drawable curtains for privacy. There are also 5 private phone booths if you need a quiet space to take a call.

High spec printers
and wash-out space

You’ll find a dedicated printing area complete with an everyday printer as well as a multipurpose full-colour printer, and a fully stocked stationary cupboard, as well as wash-out stations to clean your paintbrushes and tools.

Everything you need is included, with flexibility at the heart.

We apply the same ethos to living well as we do to working well.

Our Workshops are perfect for those looking for their own space, whether that’s part of a team or working solo.
Are you a local artist or maker?
With the support and guidance of Westminster City Council, we are pleased to offer a dedicated space with Workshops and Workbenches reserved for those who may otherwise not be able to afford a space to create. These are set aside for local creatives, charities and community groups, with priority given to those living or working in the boroughs of Westbourne, Harrow Road or Queens Park.

Affordable Memberships

If you think you might be eligible, you can apply via the enquiry form.
Located inside Mason & Fifth, Westbourne Park, alongside the Grand Union canal. Part of a neighbourhood with a rich cultural history. Enjoy all that the area has to offer, lunch breaks never felt this good.
